Vicertus operates remote MRI magnet monitoring software and related services at vicertus.com. This policy describes the personal data we handle when you visit the public website, request a demo, or use the authenticated product.

Who this applies to

The product is used by provisioned staff and customer users. Access is granted by a Vicertus administrator, not by self-registration.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, organisation or site assignments, and role.
• Authentication: Microsoft or Google sign-in, or a one-time email login link. We do not receive your Microsoft or Google password.
• Operational magnet data for authorised customers: helium, temperature, pressure, site assignment, gateway status, alerts, and related logs.
• Demo and contact form submissions: name, email, optional phone and company, and your message.
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, provide magnet monitoring, send configured alerts, respond to demo requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data. We do not use public-site analytics beyond what is required to deliver the pages.

Access control

Users see only the customers, sites, and magnets assigned to them. Role-based access limits staff and customer capabilities.

Retention and requests

Account and telemetry retention follows the operational needs of the monitoring service and any written customer agreement. To access, correct, or delete personal data, contact your Vicertus administrator or use the contact form on this website.
