These terms cover the public Vicertus website and the authenticated magnet monitoring platform. If you have a signed customer agreement, that agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

The service

Vicertus provides remote monitoring of MRI magnet systems for authorised organisations. The public website explains the product and collects demo requests. The platform is available only to provisioned users.

Accounts

You must sign in with an account your Vicertus administrator has provisioned. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials and login links confidential.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate monitoring of magnets and related operations you are authorised to see. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe the service, or interfere with gateway or cloud systems.

Monitoring data

Telemetry, alerts, and location (site assignment) are operational data for the customer organisation. Vicertus does not treat the public website copy as a warranty of uptime, sensor accuracy, or clinical outcome.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Vicertus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or from monitoring data used as one input among others in operational decisions. Clinical and service decisions remain the customer's responsibility.
